At Surviving to Thriving Therapy, my mission is to help you not just survive, but truly thrive. I am dedicated to offering accessible, affordable, and high-quality care for those who have faced systemic oppression and struggled to access the support they deserve.

I am passionate about supporting individuals in the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ communities, as well as anyone beginning their recovery journey from life's unique challenges.

Clinical Supervision

Are you a social worker looking for clinical supervision that is tailored to your growth and professional development? I offer a supportive, strengths-based approach to supervision designed to help you enhance your clinical skills and progress toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Together, we’ll explore your caseload, enhance your competencies, and address challenges in a way that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

Therapy Modalities

Services

  • Individual therapy is a one-on-one service where you work with a therapist to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and supportive space.

  • Group therapy is a way to connect with others who have similar experiences while being guided by a therapist. In a supportive space, you can share, listen, and learn new ways to cope with challenges. It helps you feel less alone, build a sense of community, and get support as you work on healing and personal growth.

Surviving to Thriving Therapy LLC strives to hold the following three support groups throughout the year.

    1. DBT Skills Group

    2. Unmasking in Community Autism Process Group

    3. Unmasking in Community Women with ADHD Process Group
