Boldly You: A Neurodivergent-Affirming Process Support Group for Women with ADHD
Women with ADHD often move through the world with their brilliance overlooked, their needs dismissed, and their energy misunderstood as “too much” or “not enough.” If you’ve ever been told you’re “too emotional,” “too disorganized,” “too sensitive,” or “not trying hard enough,” you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone anymore.
Boldly You is a 10-week process support group created specifically for women with ADHD who are ready to stop masking, start owning their needs, and reconnect with their strengths in a neurodiversity-affirming community.
What to Expect Each Week
Each 60-minute session includes:
A check-in and brief review of group guidelines to create a safe, supportive space
A weekly neurodiversity-affirming topic tailored to ADHD women's lived experiences
An empowering skill or practice drawn from:
📘 A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD by Sari Solden & Michelle Frank – helping you reconnect with your identity, uncover internalized beliefs, and embrace your unique wiring
🧭 The Set Boundaries Workbook – providing practical tools for honoring your needs, saying “no” with confidence, and managing overwhelm
Time for guided reflection and group discussion focused on lived experience, challenges, wins, and ongoing support
Opportunities to practice giving and receiving support with others who genuinely get it
A weekly wrap-up to clarify what felt helpful, what needs more support, and how to carry insights forward
You don’t have to fix yourself—you get to rediscover yourself.
This group is about embracing your mind, honoring your needs, and living boldly—without apology.
